Right of withdrawal

You have the right of withdrawal. This means that you have the right to terminate your agreement with us within 14 days. You will then receive a refund of the subscription fees already paid. This refund only applies to the remaining days of the subscription. We are allowed to keep the costs for the days that you have already used our digital services and products.

At the end of the 7-day trial subscription, the premium subscription will automatically renew for a duration of 4 weeks at a cost of €12.95. For this subscription, you also have the right to withdraw within the 7 days following the 7-day trial period. Additionally, any ongoing premium subscription can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
