First thing’s first – a professional profile. Your professional profile is like a brief summary of your professional potential. In this section, you’ll want to convey why you’re the ideal candidate for the job role. It’s important that the professional profile is kept brief: in no more than 4-5 sentences, you’ll want to highlight your professional strengths to prospective employers and stand out from the crowd. 

Employment History: Mapping your career success

Education: Share your strengths 

While the education section of your driver’s CV isn’t as important as your employment history section, if you do possess formal qualifications, you can list them here. Many employers appreciate seeing formal education on your CV. You can include details about your Leaving Certificate or tertiary qualifications in a bullet point format, just like in the example provided below. Including your educational background can showcase your commitment to personal growth and development. It demonstrates that you've invested time and effort into acquiring knowledge and skills beyond your driving experience. This can be particularly helpful if you have any relevant qualifications or certifications.

Certifications:

To become a fully licensed driver in Ireland, you’ll need to complete licenses, certifications, training and tests. Employers will be looking for these certifications, so you can include these in a separate section using the CVapp.ie CV builder. You can list details about your licenses or certifications here. You can provide a comprehensive list of your licenses and certifications, including the names of the institutions, the corresponding cities, the duration of attendance (years or months), and any relevant details regarding these qualifications.
